Amazon.com sold notes worth 4.25 billion British pounds sterling, or roughly $5.74 billion.
The notes were due between 2029 and 2045, according to a Monday filing.
The aggregate public offering price of the notes was GBP4.24 billion, and the estimated net proceeds from the offering were roughly the same.
The notes were issued pursuant to an indenture dated in November 2012 and amended in 2022.
