CAR Group (ASX:CAR) said Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) ceased to be a substantial holder of the company on Sept. 10, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Commonwealth Bank earlier this week disclosed ownership of about 19 million CAR Group shares, representing voting power of 5%.
CAR Group's shares fell 2% in recent Friday trade.
