EGP Energy Forms Subsidiary to Aid Malaysia, Indonesia Expansion

EGP Energy (SGX:EGX) has established a step-down subsidiary in Singapore called EGP Infrastructure Investments to support business expansion into Malaysia and Indonesia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The entity's SG$100 initial share capital is wholly owned by the group's subsidiary, EGP Smart Energy.
The electrical infrastructure company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
