Rackspace Technology (RXT) said Thursday it plans to offer Nvidia's (NVDA) Blackwell artificial intelligence infrastructure for regulated enterprises and governments.

The offering includes Rackspace's Institutional Sovereign Pod, which combines Nvidia Blackwell architecture with Palantir Technologies (PLTR) Foundry and AIP in an environment operated by Rackspace, the company said.

The platform is designed to support AI deployment while maintaining control over data, models and AI environments, with requirements for security, governance, data residency and compliance, Rackspace said.

Additionally, Rackspace also said it has joined Nvidia's Cloud Partner Program.

Shares of Rackspace Technology were over 5% higher in Thursday premarket activity.
