Instacart (CART) has launched an artificial intelligence-backed grocery shopping assistant, Clementine, in North America on Instacart Marketplace, the company said Wednesday.
Instacart said that, on average, orders placed with Clementine have more items than its typical basket and are above the company's $115 average basket size.
The company also said it has new grocery partners in Cart Assistant, its enterprise AI shopping assistant.
