Navan Swings to Fiscal Q2 Profit, Revenue Rises; Lifts Fiscal 2027 Guidance

Navan (NAVN) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.05 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $232.8 million, up from $172.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $220.5 million.

For fiscal Q3, the company expects revenue of $253 million to $255 million. Analysts expect $248.2 million.

For fiscal 2027, the firm now expects revenue of $927 million to $933 million, up from the prior forecast of $907 million to $913 million. Analysts expect $911.3 million.

Shares of Navan fell 10% in after-hours activity.
