ServiceTitan shares fell after the company's quarterly revenue outlook came in below expectations.
The stock dropped 20% to $65.48 in after-hours trading Tuesday. Through the close, shares were down 20% this year.
The business-management platform for trade contractors said it expects third-quarter revenue to be $285 million to $287 million. That would be below Wall Street estimates of $287.9 million.
ServiceTitan raised its full-year revenue outlook to $1.139 billion to $1.144 billion, up from prior guidance of $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion.
During the second quarter, ServiceTitan's loss narrowed to $24.9 million, or 26 cents a share, from a loss of $32.2 million, or 35 cents a share, the year before.
Revenue rose 21% to $292.8 million, ahead of the $285.9 million analysts expected.
