Mettler-Toledo International (MTD) shares were down 2.2% in Wednesday trading after UBS downgraded the company's stock to neutral from buy and adjusted its price target to $1,460 from $1,650.
Intraday trading volume stood at more than 114,100 shares against a daily average of 185,985.
