Key ASIC Signs Agreement to Develop Green AI Data Center

Key ASIC (KLSE:KEYASIC) signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with CT Vision (International) (HKG:0994) to jointly develop a green AI data center in Malaysia, according to a Friday filing.
The project aims to integrate green energy infrastructure with advanced AI computing capabilities, with an IT load capacity of around 300 megawatts.
The integrated circuit design company will provide technical support for the project while CT will bring in international financing and new energy technologies.
The MOU has an initial term of 10 years.
