Estun Automation (SHE:002747) completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Nanjing Estun Codroid Technology on Sept. 2.
Estun Codroid has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the automation company, with its financial results now consolidated into the group's financial statements, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
