Yuexiu Property Company (HKG:0123) has won a 2.5 billion yuan tender for two land parcels in Guangzhou, China, according to a Friday bourse filing.
The sites cover about 82,044 square meters and have a gross floor area of about 110,000 square meters. It is designated for residential and other public facilities, with the residential portion intended for sale.
