Kura Oncology has hired Jennifer Fulk as the biopharmaceutical company's new chief financial officer.
Kura on Tuesday said Fulk, 49 years old, most recently served as chief financial officer of Soleno Therapeutics.
The company said Fulk will receive an annual base salary of $550,000 and an annual bonus of up to 45% of her base pay.
Troy Wilson, Kura's chairman, president and chief executive, has been serving as the San Diego company's principal financial officer.
