Seres Group's (HKG:9927, SHA:601127) sales and output fell 40% and 44%, respectively, year over year to 27,684 units and 26,531 units in August.
Of the total, new energy vehicle sales declined 44% to 24,244 units and output fell 43% to 24,742 units, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
For the first eight months of 2026, sales of the automobile manufacturer fell 14% to 250,943 units, and production declined 16% to 250,173 units.
