Sundy Service Group (HKG:9608) has agreed to subscribe to a fund managed by Hillstone Capital as part of a $4.5 million investment, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong Exchange filing.
The property manager said it will use internal resources to subscribe to the Hillstone Vision Fund I, a fund aiming to seek capital appreciation through a portfolio spanning deposits, government and commercial notes, money market instruments and debt securities, among others.
