Dow Futures fell 0.03%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.03%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.05% as sentiment leaned cautiously optimistic overall.

Chime shares jumped 10.1% in overnight trading. The Fintech said it will acquire nationally chartered Stride Bank for $590 million, bringing key banking infrastructure in-house as it looks to ‌expand its lending business.

Casey's General Stores shares dropped 8.3% in overnight trading. The convenience-store chain delivered another earnings beat, but investors weren't entirely impressed. Strong fuel margins did much of the heavy lifting, while sales growth inside its stores slowed.

Braze reported second quarter results that exceeded analyst expectations but issued third quarter earnings guidance that fell short of estimates, sending shares down 12.5% in overnight trading.

ServiceTitan stock tumbled 19.9% in overnight trading despite beating expectations for second quarter earnings. It’s likely investors were disappointed by a third quarter revenue outlook that fell short of Wall Street’s estimates.
