On 11 September 2026, YNBY International Limited announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website and on the company’s portal (www.0030.com.hk).

Concurrent with the report’s publication, YNBY INTL confirmed the adoption of a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications in accordance with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, which took effect on 31 December 2023. Under the new arrangement:

• All statutory documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively online. • Non-registered shareholders are required to supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. • If a valid email is not provided, shareholders must monitor the company and HKEX websites for new publications; only actionable communications will be mailed in hard copy. • Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available free of charge upon request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by email (YNBYInternational.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or mail (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Requests are valid for one year from the receipt date.

Shareholders with questions can contact the registrar at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours. The board resolution was signed by Executive Director and CEO Tang Ming.
