A-LIVING Maintains 1.42 Billion-Share Capital and Confirms Sufficient Public Float in August 2026

A-LIVING Smart City Services Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, indicating no movements in authorised, issued or treasury shares during the month.

The authorised and registered share capital remained at 1,420,000,800 ordinary H shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, translating into total authorised capital of RMB 1.42 billion.

Issued shares also stayed unchanged at 1,418,540,550, while 1,460,250 shares continued to be held as treasury shares, preserving the total issued share count at 1,420,000,800.

A-LIVING confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its H-share class in public hands.

Throughout August, the company reported no grants or exercises under share option schemes, no warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts activity.

The return, submitted on 1 September 2026 by Company Secretary Fu Mei Yan, further affirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements regarding the company’s share capital structure.
