On 11 September 2026, Xinchen China Power Holdings Limited released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.xinchenpower.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the board confirmed the transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without a valid email on file, shareholders will not receive release alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently.

Holders preferring hard copies may submit a written request—valid for one year—to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email xinchenpower.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Queries regarding the new arrangement can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays). Chairman Zhang Wei signed the notice on behalf of the board.
