C-MER Medical repurchases 156,000 shares at HK$0.8188 average, expands treasury holding to 23.99 million

C-MER Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 156,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchase price ranged between HK$0.815 and HK$0.82 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.8188 and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.13 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0129 % to 1.20835 billion shares, while the number of treasury shares rose to 23.99 million. The total issued share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 1.23234 billion.

The transaction was executed under the general mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises C-MER Medical to repurchase up to 123.23 million shares. To date, 156,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0127 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, have been bought back. All repurchased shares are being retained as treasury stock, and no cancellations have been carried out.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, C-MER Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 10 October 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Main Board requirements, with no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
