HBM Holdings Limited reported that its clinical-stage partner, Solstice Oncology, has raised USD 225.00 million in Series A financing. The round was led by RA Capital Management, with participation from Canaan Partners, Forbion and additional institutional investors.

Solstice Oncology, established in February 2026, is focused on immuno-oncology treatments in the neoadjuvant setting, which targets cancers prior to surgery to improve long-term survival rates. The company’s lead asset, porustobart, is a second-generation, Fc-enhanced CTLA-4 antibody.

Porustobart is being advanced across two clinical indications. The first is a Phase 2 trial in combination with pembrolizumab for clinical stage II-III microsatellite-stable colon cancer—the largest segment of colon cancer patients yet to benefit from immunotherapy. Trial enrollment is scheduled to open in early Q4 2026, with data read-outs expected in the second half of 2027.

HBM Holdings’ voluntary disclosure underlines ongoing progress within its partnership network and provides shareholders and potential investors with updated milestones on Solstice Oncology’s pipeline and funding status.
