Sichuan Expressway Sees Stable Share Capital with No Movements in August 2026

Sichuan Expressway Company Limited submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming an unchanged share structure across both its Hong Kong-listed H shares and Shanghai-listed A shares.

The authorised share capital remained at 3.06 billion shares, comprising 895.32 million H shares and 2.16 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued share capital also stayed constant. H shares stood at 895.32 million, while A shares totalled 2.16 billion, with zero treasury shares reported in either class.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s public-float requirement of at least 5 percent for H-share issuers, and disclosed no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

The filing, signed by Executive Director and Company Secretary Yao Jiancheng, indicates that Sichuan Expressway’s capital base and shareholder structure were stable throughout August, with all regulatory obligations duly met.
