7Road Executes HK$0.11 Million Share Buyback, Brings Year-to-Date Repurchases to 0.006% of Outstanding Stock

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 9 September 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$1.09 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.11 million.

Including this purchase, the company has bought back 150,000 shares since its current mandate was approved on 4 September 2026, utilising 0.06% of the 250.81 million-share limit. The cumulative volume represents 0.00598% of 7Road’s outstanding 2.51 billion shares.

All 100,000 shares repurchased on 9 September, along with 50,000 shares acquired on 7 September, are earmarked for cancellation, reducing the share count once the process is completed. As at 9 September 2026, the total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.51 billion shares, as the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, 7Road is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 9 October 2026.
