Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (BJ Energy Intl) has released its resubmitted Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share base and ongoing compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) listing requirements.
The company’s authorised share capital was steady at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1.00 each, translating into authorised capital of HKD 3.00 billion.
Issued share capital also showed no movement during July. Outstanding shares stood at 2.20 billion, while treasury shares were unchanged at 34.50 million, leaving total issued shares at 2.23 billion. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were cancelled or transferred.
BJ Energy Intl affirmed that its public float satisfies the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 31 July 2026.
Under the 15 June 2022 Share Option Scheme, 2.59 million options remained outstanding, unchanged month-on-month. No options were exercised, no funds were raised, and the scheme still permits the potential issue of up to 221.69 million additional shares.
