BFB Health Maintains Stable Share Capital in August 2026; Public Float Above 25% Threshold

BFB Health Limited filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 September 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 31 August 2026.

The group’s authorised share capital stood firm at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. No adjustments to the authorised or registered capital were recorded during the period.

Issued share capital was likewise steady at 1.25 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company reported zero new issuances, cancellations, or share repurchases in August. Management affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, confirming adequate market liquidity.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 30 June 2021, 58.40 million options remained outstanding, unchanged month-on-month. These options represent the same number of shares that could potentially be issued upon exercise, while a further 3.21 million shares are still available for future grants under the plan. No options were exercised in August, and no proceeds were raised from option exercises.

BFB Health reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other agreements that could affect its share capital. Overall, the company’s equity structure and public-float position were unchanged during the reporting month.
