Hong Kong – 10 September 2026 – Café de Coral Holdings Limited reported to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that it repurchased 98,000 ordinary shares on-market on 9 September 2026 at prices ranging from HK$5.33 to HK$5.39 per share, spending HK$0.52 million in aggregate.
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back a total of 1.43 million shares between 31 August and 9 September 2026 for approximately HK$7.60 million, representing 0.25% of the 573.74 million issued shares outstanding when the current mandate was granted on 19 August 2026. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation; cancellations had not yet been effected as of 9 September, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 573.74 million shares.
The 2026 buyback mandate authorises repurchases of up to 57.37 million shares, meaning the company has utilised roughly 2.49% of its authorised limit to date. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 9 October 2026.
The company confirmed that all purchases were executed on the Stock Exchange in compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations and its explanatory statement dated 8 July 2026.
