Tsingtao Brew (00168) has announced a significant change in its executive leadership. The company's board of directors received a resignation report from Executive Director Mr. Hou Qiuyan on September 1, 2026.

Mr. Hou, who has reached the statutory retirement age, has stepped down from all his positions with the company. These include his roles as Executive Director on the 11th Board, Chief Financial Officer, Board Secretary, Joint Company Secretary, and a member of the Board's Strategy and Investment Committee. He also resigned as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Following his departure, Mr. Hou will not hold any other positions within the company or its controlling subsidiaries.
