Cowell e Holdings Inc. announced on 4 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.cowelleholdings.com). The board, chaired by Meng Yan, confirmed that printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In tandem with the report release, COWELL formalised its transition to a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, following the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Rule 2.07 under the expanded paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023. Corporate communications include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms, all of which will be accessible exclusively online unless shareholders opt otherwise.

Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by submitting details via email or post—to receive timely notifications of new publications. Without a valid email on record, investors will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates, though actionable corporate communications will still be dispatched in hard copy. Those preferring printed materials can request them for a one-year period by returning the reply form or emailing the registrar.
