On September 14, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG issued a supplemental listing document, revealing plans to launch six European-style cash-settled naked call warrants with security codes 17491, 17492, 17494, 17520, 17521, and 17522. These instruments are slated for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with an issue price of HKD 0.150 per warrant.

The warrants are linked to the existing issued shares of six companies: UBTech Robotics Corp (09880.HK), China Resources Land Ltd (01109.HK), Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co Ltd (02513.HK), Black Sesame Technologies International Holding Ltd (02533.HK), CATL New Energy Technology Co Ltd (03750.HK), and CNOOC Ltd (00883.HK). Each warrant series has an issue size ranging from 60,000,000 to 150,000,000 units, with exercise prices varying from HKD 12.533 to HKD 1,188.000 per share. The maturity dates span from March 15, 2027, to September 21, 2027.

The launch date for each warrant series is set for September 11, 2026, with the issue date on September 15, 2026, and the expected listing date on September 16, 2026. Settlement will be conducted in Hong Kong dollars. The issuer is regulated by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and holds credit ratings of A1 from Moody's and A+ from Standard & Poor's, both with stable outlooks.

Importantly, these warrants are unsecured and uncollateralized, constituting unsecured contractual obligations of the issuer. The issuer's management board authorized the warrant issuance on March 27, 2019. The warrants will not be offered or traded within the United States.
