ANTA Sports Announces Updated Board and Committee Structure

ANTA Sports Products Limited (ANTA Sports) disclosed an updated roster of its Board of Directors and detailed the latest composition of its five board-level committees.

Executive leadership remains anchored by Chairman Ding Shizhong, Deputy Chairman Ding Shijia, and Co-Chief Executive Officers Lai Shixian and Wu Yonghua. Chief Financial Officer Bi Mingwei and Executive Director Zheng Jie round out the six-member executive team.

The Board continues to be balanced by four Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs): Yiu Kin Wah Stephen, Lai Hin Wing Henry Stephen, Wang Jiaqian and Xia Lian.

Committee leadership highlights 1. Audit Committee – Chaired by INED Yiu Kin Wah Stephen. 2. Nomination Committee – Chaired by INED Lai Hin Wing Henry Stephen. 3. Remuneration Committee – Chaired by INED Xia Lian. 4. Risk Management Committee – Chaired by INED Yiu Kin Wah Stephen. 5. Sustainability Committee – Chaired by INED Wang Jiaqian. The committee comprises eight members, including Jiang Yan (CEO of the FILA brand) and Wan Bin (Vice President of Human Resources).

Executives Lai Shixian (Co-CEO) and Bi Mingwei (CFO) hold member roles on select committees, reinforcing management’s direct engagement in governance functions.

The announcement, dated 1 September 2026, underscores ANTA Sports’ ongoing commitment to a governance framework characterised by a majority of committee chairs drawn from its independent director cohort.
