Mirxes Receives Additional Resumption Guidance as Trading Suspension Persists

Mirxes Holding Company Limited (Mirxes) disclosed that Hong Kong’s Stock Exchange has imposed an additional resumption requirement after the group’s board became single-gender following the resignation of Independent Non-executive Director Dr. Lam Sin Lai Judy on 31 August 2026.

The exchange’s latest directive obliges Mirxes to re-establish gender diversity on its board in order to comply with Listing Rule 13.92(2). This item supplements six pre-existing conditions—first outlined in an April 27 2026 letter—covering the delayed publication of FY-2025 results and other governance matters.

Trading in Mirxes shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until all resumption guidance is satisfied. The company reaffirmed its commitment to address the outstanding issues and cautioned investors to exercise due care when dealing in its securities.

As at 4 September 2026, the board comprises eight members: Executive Directors Dr. Zhou Lihan (CEO) and Dr. Zou Ruiyang; Non-executive Directors Dr. Too Heng Phon, Dr. Le Beilin and Mr. Liu Da; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Fang Xiao, Mr. Tsang Kwok Wai and Mr. Chow Shiu Wing Joseph.
