On 08 September 2026, Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (TIANGE) executed an on-market buyback of 6,000 ordinary shares at HK$0.66 each, for a total outlay of HK$3,960. The transaction represents 0.00054 % of the company’s 1.11 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding prior to the repurchase.
Following the transaction, TIANGE’s issued share count decreased marginally to 1,105.95 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.44 million. The overall share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 1.11 billion. All 6,000 repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; no cancellations have been effected to date.
The buyback formed part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 29 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 110.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.44 million shares, equivalent to 0.31 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TIANGE is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 08 October 2026 unless prior approval is obtained from the Exchange.
