Dingheng Intelligent Supply Chain (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a key supply chain arm of the Dingheng Group, has established its base at the China (Putuo) Shipping Service Industrial Park near the "International Xiazhi Gate." Leveraging the group's extensive experience in maritime operations, the company is concentrating on the specialized field of ship equipment supply chains. Positioned within the Zhoushan Free Trade Zone, it aligns with a core focus on global intelligent shipping supply chains, offering a one-stop service anchored in direct sourcing from origins, standard warehousing, and integrated air-ground smart fulfillment to help shipping companies improve quality, reduce costs, and secure stable supply.

Dingheng Zhejiang operates on a self-operated model within the ship equipment supply chain niche, establishing direct procurement channels from original manufacturers. By sourcing directly from brand production facilities, it secures first-hand goods and eliminates the premium associated with multi-tier distribution. Its business scope spans a full range of marine supplies, including ship equipment, raw materials, engine room spares, deck fittings, electrical fire safety systems, and instrumentation. These offerings cater to scenarios such as new ship construction, vessel maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and bulk centralized purchasing, ensuring stable sourcing, authentic traceable products, and controlled quality.

Capitalizing on the distinct industrial benefits of the Zhoushan Free Trade Zone, combined with the group’s solid foundation in maritime operations, Dingheng Zhejiang is continuously refining its capabilities across procurement, warehousing, and fulfillment. This effort comprehensively supports shipping companies in reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and strengthening vessel maintenance support. The company’s flagship project, the Zhoushan Maritime Supplies Global Distribution Center, has garnered strong recognition and support from municipal government bodies at various levels in Zhoushan.

On June 17 of this year, several major media outlets, including provincial television, the Zhoushan News comprehensive channel, and the Zhoushan Daily, conducted a joint interview with Group Chairman Li Duozhu, praising the company’s intelligent and consolidated approach to shipping supply chain innovation.

Fulfillment and delivery are critical components of the maritime supply chain. Dingheng Zhejiang has established an air-ground integrated intelligent delivery framework: urgent repair parts are dispatched via air freight for 24-hour rapid arrival; standard bulk materials rely on dedicated express networks for stable transport and controlled logistics costs; and for remote anchorages or complex conditions, maritime drones enable low-altitude delivery, overcoming sea barriers and tidal constraints to transport critical spares across waters—closing the last-mile gap in offshore supply. This includes drone deliveries from the Zhujiajian warehouse to the Dongpeng shipyard on Liuheng Island.

Additionally, Dingheng Zhejiang has introduced a new customized cardboard-packaged semi-annual personal supply kit for crew members through the Dingheng Mall. These kits feature direct sourcing from major reputable brands, tailored to meet the essential needs of life aboard ships, providing a one-stop solution for six months of daily necessities. The standardized gift-box design is practical and neat, addressing common issues like fragmented procurement and inconsistent quality among fleets while promoting standardized logistics management.

Utilizing standardized self-operated warehouses within the industrial park, the company achieves centralized material storage, refined sorting, and efficient dispatch, resolving challenges in traditional ship procurement models such as scattered inventory and delayed responses. The direct self-operated sourcing model delivers a distinct pricing advantage while maintaining equivalent quality, helping shipping companies streamline procurement processes and reduce overall purchasing expenses.

Looking ahead, the company will align with the group’s broader strategic plans, continuing to deepen its presence in the intelligent shipping supply chain sector. It aims to iteratively upgrade its full system—covering source supply, warehouse management, and smart delivery—to refine high-quality, cost-effective one-stop ship supply chain solutions. This will inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Zhoushan’s port and shipping industry.
