Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing that the company repurchased 190,500 H shares on 9 September 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 3.95 and HKD 4.25 per share. The aggregate consideration was HKD 0.77 million, implying an average purchase price of about HKD 4.06 per share.

The latest transaction represents 0.03% of Xiao Noodles’ existing issued share capital of 710.69 million shares (excluding treasury shares). Despite the ongoing repurchases, the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 710.69 million as of 9 September 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

The board is authorised to repurchase up to 71.07 million shares under this mandate. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals runs until 9 October 2026 following the latest buy-back.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and no material changes have been made to the company’s previously filed explanatory statement.
