Luyuan Group Holdings (02451) saw its shares climb more than 7% during Tuesday morning trading, before settling at a 5.65% gain to HK$13.64, with turnover reaching HK$11.99 million.

The rally comes after the company recently disclosed its interim results and hosted an investor briefing detailing the latest progress of its "One Body, Two Wings" strategy. As the electric two-wheeler industry enters a replacement cycle and competition shifts from scale expansion to quality enhancement, the company maintains its domestic two-wheel and three-wheel vehicle businesses as its core foundation, while international operations and embodied intelligence serve as two growth pillars.

Analysts at Zheshang Securities noted in a research report that Luyuan is advancing orders for over 100,000 high-precision planetary gear joint modules and 10,000 complete unit assemblies, marking a transition from early-stage technology and product validation into large-scale manufacturing and commercialization. Due to product upgrades, delivery timelines have been pushed back, with approximately 50% of manufacturing deliveries expected in 2026 and the remainder scheduled for the first half of 2027. As orders for core components and complete units are gradually fulfilled, embodied intelligence is poised to become a significant incremental growth driver within the company's "One Body, Two Wings" strategic framework.
