IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) said that substantial shareholder Mrs. Hatice Seher Aydinlar acquired an additional 405,100 ordinary shares on Sep, 01 2026, through open-market purchases executed by Citigroup Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd, UBS Switzerland AG for SZA Gayrimenkul Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.

Following the transaction, Mrs. Aydinlar’s direct holding remains at 7,000,000 shares, representing 0.079% of IHH’s issued capital, while her indirect or deemed interest has risen to 500,626,673 shares, or 5.666%. This brings her total shareholding to 507,626,673 ordinary shares.
