IngSilicon Intelligent (03696) saw its stock price climb more than 5% during trading on Wednesday before paring gains, with shares last changing hands at HK$46.44, up 3.29% on the day. Trading volume reached HK$198 million. The move comes as the company announced a series of frontier chemistry and biology specialist models developed using its MMAI Gym for Science framework. According to the company's official WeChat account, these models have demonstrated state-of-the-art performance across more than 50 benchmark tasks in the fields of chemistry and biology.
The newly launched chemistry model series includes language model-based specialist models designed for chemical synthesis prediction, ADMET property forecasting, and binding activity prediction for GPCR and kinase target groups. In a separate development, the company confirmed it will be added to the HKEX Tech 100 Index, with all adjustments to be implemented after market close on Friday, September 11, 2026, and taking effect from Monday, September 14, 2026.
Just last month, on August 18, HKEX (00388) announced an optimization to the index methodology, aiming to broaden the index's coverage of emerging technology trends, including opportunities related to the artificial intelligence supply chain. Buoyed by widespread international recognition of its AI platform and pipeline assets, IngSilicon Intelligent reported total revenue of approximately $106 million for the first half of 2026, representing a 287% year-on-year increase. The company also posted an adjusted net profit of over $51 million, marking its first profitable half-year period since listing.
