Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. has approved an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.98 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Applying the confirmed exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.15661, the default payment to shareholders on the Hong Kong register will be HKD 1.13347 per share. Holders may elect to receive the dividend in Renminbi, with partial currency election available solely to Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Nominees Limited.
