Powerwin Tech Group Limited (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 September 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 31 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 20.00 million. Issued shares also held steady at 800.00 million, and the firm reported zero treasury shares, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 800.00 million.

Powerwin Tech affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s initial prescribed public-float threshold of 25 percent, indicating that sufficient shares remain freely tradable in the market.

No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked agreements, or treasury-share transactions during the period. The company further confirmed that all regulatory and listing requirements were satisfied for the month under review.
