REMT Raises HK$4.80 Million via 96 Million-Share Placement, Expands Issued Capital by 16%

Rare Earth Magnesium Technology Group Holdings Limited (REMT) has completed a share placement that issued 96.00 million new shares at HK$0.05 each, generating gross proceeds of HK$4.80 million. The transaction, executed on 8 September 2026 under a general mandate, represents 16.20% of REMT’s pre-deal share capital and expands the total issued shares to 688.60 million, diluting existing holdings to 13.94% for the new investors.

Net proceeds of approximately HK$4.50 million—after placement commission and related expenses—are earmarked as follows: 50% for audit and professional fees, 30% for staff costs, and the remaining 20% for settling trade and other payables.

Ming Xin Developments Limited remains the largest shareholder, holding 237.05 million shares, equivalent to 34.43% of the enlarged register. The newly introduced placees collectively control 13.94%, while other public shareholders retain 51.63%.

All placees are classified as Independent Third Parties, and no individual investor has crossed the substantial shareholder threshold post-transaction.
