NTT DC REIT to Join FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index

NTT DC REIT Manager Pte. Ltd. announced that NTT DC REIT will be added to the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index, effective Sep, 21 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Yutaka Torigoe said the inclusion is expected to enhance the trust’s visibility among global institutional investors and expand its investor base.

The FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series is compiled by FTSE Russell in cooperation with the European Public Real Estate Association and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. NTT DC REIT satisfied all entry requirements in the latest quarterly review, including EBITDA and liquidity tests.

NTT DC REIT’s portfolio comprises six carrier-neutral, Tier III-equivalent data centres in the United States, Austria and Singapore. The assets, mainly freehold, were valued at about 1.7 billion US dollars (approximately 2.3 billion Singapore dollars) as of Mar, 31 2026 and have a combined design IT load of roughly 90.7 MW.

Merrill Lynch (Singapore), UBS AG Singapore, Mizuho Securities Singapore, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore and DBS Bank acted as joint issue managers, bookrunners and underwriters for the trust’s initial public offering.
