JD Logistics Announces CFO Transition: Hao Wu to Step Down, Henry Jun Mao Steps In Effective 4 September 2026

JD Logistics, Inc. (JD Logistics) disclosed a leadership change in its finance function on 4 September 2026.

• Resignation: Hao Wu has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective 4 September 2026. He will assume a new role within JD.com, Inc. and its wider subsidiaries, excluding JD Logistics. Wu confirmed no disagreements with the Board and reported no matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention. The Board expressed appreciation for his service.

• Appointment: Henry Jun Mao, aged 38, is appointed Chief Financial Officer, also effective 4 September 2026. Mao’s prior roles include: – Chief Financial Officer, Dada Nexus Limited (Dec 2023–Sep 2026) – Director of Budgeting & Forecast, JD Group (Dec 2020–May 2021) – Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, JD Logistics (May 2021–Dec 2022) – Head of Investor Relations, JD Logistics (Jan–Dec 2023)

Earlier, Mao spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Beijing and San Jose. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Language and Culture University and is a certified public accountant in both China and the United States.

The Board welcomed Mao to his new position and reconfirmed the company’s full leadership roster, comprising one executive director, one non-executive director, and seven independent non-executive directors.
