INNOGEN-B Founders and Executives Commit to Voluntary Share Lock-up Period

INNOGEN-B (02591) has announced that its founder and several senior management members have voluntarily agreed to a share lock-up commitment.

The company's board was informed that Dr. WANG QINGHUA, the founder, chairman, executive director, general manager, and a substantial shareholder, along with Ms. JIANG Fan, an executive director and limited partner of the employee incentive platform Guangzhou Nuopa Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Ms. XU Wenjie, an executive director and limited partner of the same platform, and Mr. HUANG Bing, an executive director and limited partner, have all pledged not to sell any shares or interests in the company.

This voluntary commitment, driven by their confidence in the company's future prospects and long-term development, will take effect for a six-month period starting from August 15, 2026. This date marks the day following the expiration of the lock-up period for the controlling shareholder under the company's global offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
