Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s latest disclosure data reveals that on September 8, SP NP LTD disposed of 259 million shares of HAIDILAO (06862) at a price of HK$10.62 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$2.751 billion.
Following the reduction, SP NP LTD’s remaining shareholding stands at roughly 442 million shares, representing a 7.92% ownership stake. The transaction involved a related party, namely UBS Trustees (B.V.I.) Limited.
