CMGE Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Implements Full Electronic Communication

CMGE Technology Group Limited (CMGE) has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.cmge.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched only to shareholders who have previously elected hard-copy delivery or submit a specific request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, CMGE is transitioning all future corporate communications to electronic dissemination. Shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar.

Key points of the new arrangement: 1. Future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be accessible exclusively online unless a printed version is expressly requested. 2. Shareholders who do not submit a functional email address will receive notifications solely through the company and HKEXnews websites; only actionable communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy. 3. Printed materials remain available free of charge upon written or email request to the share registrar at cmge.ecom@computershare.com.hk. 4. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time).

The initiative aims to streamline information delivery, reduce printing costs and support environmental sustainability. The board-authorized notice was signed by Chairman Xiao Jian and dated 2 September 2026.
