On 3 September 2026 the company repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 8.90 and HKD 9.05, for a total consideration of HKD 0.90 million. The shares are designated for cancellation.

Including four earlier on-market buybacks of 100,000 shares executed on 28, 31 August, 1 and 2 September at volume-weighted average prices of HKD 9.68, HKD 9.31, HKD 9.10 and HKD 8.93 respectively, Qunabox now holds 500,000 repurchased shares pending cancellation. The transactions form part of a repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises Qunabox to buy back up to 26.49 million shares. To date, 0.19% of this capacity has been utilised, leaving headroom for a further 25.99 million shares.

Issued share capital remains at 264.90 million shares as of the latest disclosure because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Qunabox holds no treasury shares, and is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 3 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the recent repurchase, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
