On 1 September 2026, Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (MUYUAN) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after buying back 170,300 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased on-market at prices ranging between HKD 35.74 and HKD 36.14, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 36.0471 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 6.14 million. The transaction represents 0.055% of MUYUAN’s issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the previous day.

Post-transaction, MUYUAN’s outstanding H shares fell to 309.65 million, while treasury shares rose to 575,600. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 310.22 million.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 13 May 2026, which permits repurchases of up to 31.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 575,600 shares, equal to 0.19% of the share base at the mandate date, indicating significant remaining capacity.

MUYUAN affirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in effect until 1 October 2026.
