GSH Corporation launches four new commercial paper issues on ADDX

GSH Corporation Limited announced on Sep, 03 2026 that it has launched four commercial paper issuances on the ADDX digital securities platform under its existing commercial paper programme.

The offerings comprise a 91-day tranche labelled “G017 Issue” carrying an annual interest rate of 3.80%, a 182-day “G616 Issue” at 4.15% per annum, and two 364-day tranches—“G212A Issue” at 4.45% per annum and “G212B Issue” at 5.0% per annum.

The company expects to raise about 9 million Singapore dollars in total from the four tranches, subject to final allocation decisions by the board. Minimum subscription amounts are 20,000 Singapore dollars for the G017, G616 and G212A issues, and 1 million Singapore dollars for the G212B issue.

GSH Corporation stated that it will release further announcements if there are any material developments related to these issuances or its broader commercial paper programme.
