A new Freshippo location has recently signed a lease agreement to establish its presence at the North Taihu Commercial Center in Wangting Town, with its official opening slated for November of this year. This upcoming store will mark another expansion for the popular new retail chain in the region.

The Freshippo store at the North Taihu Commercial Center will span approximately 900 square meters, featuring a comprehensive and diverse product layout. Its offerings will include a wide array of categories such as vegetables, fruits, meat and poultry, aquatic products, bakery items, and flowers, bringing together over 7,000 distinctive products. The store will support both in-person shopping and online ordering with delivery services, fully catering to the daily household, dining, and leisure needs of local residents.

By November, three Freshippo locations are set to open in Xiangcheng District within a short window. The district's first outlet entered a partnership with the Suzhou Joy City Mall, while a second store has been confirmed for the Xishang Chunwang Life Plaza in Huangdai Town. The synchronized launch of these three stores is expected to better satisfy the growing demand for premium fresh food and convenient shopping experiences among nearby communities.

In addition, global discount supermarket chain ALDI is also making its debut in Xiangcheng District by opening its first local branch at the Yonglong Gold Street in Xiangcheng High-tech Zone (Yuanhe Sub-district). With an expected opening in November this year, the store will bring together imported gourmet foods, fresh produce, daily necessities, and a host of other product categories to cater to budget-conscious shoppers.
