On September 10, Changning District convened an enterprise symposium focused on the strategic deployment of its "AI+" specialized track. The meeting was led by District Party Secretary Kong Fu'an, who delivered a keynote address, and was presided over by District Mayor Liu Ping. In alignment with the municipality's unified "AI+" action initiative, Changning has leveraged its unique strengths and industrial realities by undertaking comprehensive industrial mapping, thorough enterprise assessments, scenario-based research, and capability validations. These efforts have led to the preliminary identification of "AI + Platform Economy" as Changning's distinctive development pathway.

During the session, Deputy District Mayor Zhao Yongzun provided a detailed overview of the preliminary research and investigative work undertaken for the "AI+" specialized track in the district. Representatives from key enterprises-including Shanghai Yidatong Enterprise Service Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baiqiu Shangmei Technology Service Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Heihu Network Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xijing Technology Co., Ltd., Ctrip Travel Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai iQIYI New Media Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Focus Media Information Technology Co., Ltd.-shared their respective progress in implementing artificial intelligence applications, outlined their future growth strategies, and raised pertinent concerns and suggestions. In response, district government officials addressed the issues raised, affirming that they would meticulously review and incorporate these enterprise demands to ensure swift problem resolution and effective policy implementation.

After listening to the exchanges, Secretary Kong Fu'an emphasized that the platform economy serves as the "fundamental foundation" and "cornerstone" of Changning's development. He noted that with the current acceleration of AI technology iterations, large-scale models and intelligent agents are deeply permeating various industrial sectors. The integration of artificial intelligence to empower the transformation and upgrading of the platform economy has become an irreversible trend of our time. He underscored the importance of adopting an approach centered on application leadership, scenario prioritization, and differentiated development, to vigorously strengthen the "AI + Platform Economy" specialized track. Kong encouraged enterprises to continue increasing their investment in technological innovation, deepen their competitive strengths in respective fields, and focus on resolving practical issues encountered in production and daily life. He affirmed that Changning will proactively open up diverse application scenarios, continuously refine its business environment, and offer maximum sincerity, top-tier services, and optimal policies to safeguard enterprise growth and support entrepreneurial talent.
