On 1 September 2026, China First Capital Group Limited (CFCG) informed registered shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on two platforms: CFCG’s corporate website (www.cfcg.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who prefer hard copies—or wish to switch the language version they receive—can complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for domestic returns, while overseas shareholders are required to affix appropriate postage. A scanned, signed copy of the form may also be submitted via email to cfcg1269-ecom@vistra.com.

CFCG emphasises that investors retain the right to modify their preferred method (electronic or printed) and language of future corporate communications at any time by sending written notice to the registrar. Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing documents online may request printed versions free of charge.

Printed English and Chinese copies of all future corporate materials—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will remain available upon request from the registrar and will continue to be posted on both the company’s and the Stock Exchange’s websites.
